2. The Service

Currantly is an AI-powered wellness and personal insights service that helps users explore and understand wellness-related information through AI-generated responses.

The Service may include AI chat and analysis, integration with third-party health and fitness platforms, upload and analysis of user-provided documents and images, and personalized wellness insights.

The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a medical service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Information

You may choose to connect third-party services such as Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, Apple Watch, or similar platforms.

If you choose to connect these services, you authorize us to access data made available through those integrations. This may include wellness-related information such as activity, sleep, heart rate, nutrition, and other metrics.

You control which integrations you enable and can disconnect them at any time. We only access data you explicitly authorize.

6. User Content

You may submit content to the Service, including chat messages, documents (such as PDFs), images, and other files.

You retain rights to your content. By using the Service, you grant Currantly a license to use this content solely to operate the Service, generate AI-powered responses, and improve and maintain the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must ensure you have the right to share it.

7. AI and Third-Party Processing

The Service uses third-party AI systems to generate responses.

Your inputs may be processed by external AI providers. These providers process data under their own terms and policies, and we do not control their internal data retention or processing practices once data is transmitted.

We design the Service to avoid collecting personally identifiable information, but you may choose to submit information that is identifiable.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service
• Upload malicious software or harmful content
• Misuse the Service to impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the Service to generate medical or clinical decisions without professional review

10. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service may require payment. Fees, billing terms, and renewal conditions will be displayed at purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, we are required to do so for legal or security reasons, or we discontinue the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated outputs, that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that insights are suitable for any specific health outcome.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Currantly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 6 months, or $100 if no payment was made.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Currantly from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

15. Third-Party Services

The Service may link to or integrate with third-party services.

We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, data practices of third parties, or issues arising from their use.

16. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Service (excluding user content) belong to Currantly or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service without permission.

17. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
